Alloy Steel F21 Bars/Rods contain chromium (2.5–3.5%) and molybdenum (0.9–1.1%) with carbon levels around 0.05–0.15%. This composition ensures high tensile strength (415–585 MPa) and good resistance to oxidation and thermal fatigue. F21 has good hardenability and stability at high temperatures. It performs well after heat treatment, including normalizing and tempering, to enhance toughness and creep resistance. The balanced properties of this alloy make it suitable for both fabrication and long-term use.
