Aiman Metals is a well-respected manufacturer and supplier of Aluminium 1100 Forgings located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Aluminium 1100 is recognized for its high purity and strong corrosion resistance. It is commonly used in applications that need excellent thermal and electrical conductivity. Our 1100 forgings are precisely made with high-quality raw materials and forging methods, ensuring reliable performance for a range of commercial and industrial applications. Aiman Metals offers custom shapes and sizes to meet your specific needs. With a strong focus on customer service and strict quality standards, we provide exceptional aluminium forgings for various industry demands.
Aluminium 1100 consists of over 99% pure aluminium, with small amounts of copper (up to 0.05–0.2%) and iron (up to 0.35%). It has excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, with tensile strength between 90 and 130 MPa. Although it is not heat-treatable, it can be cold worked to increase hardness. This alloy features great corrosion resistance, good workability, and weldability, though its mechanical strength is relatively low. It is suitable for applications that prioritize chemical stability and conductivity over strength.

Aluminum 1100 forging allows custom shapes like rings, discs, bars, flanges, stepped shafts, and intricate profiles, ideal for aerospace, automotive, and industrial applications requiring high corrosion resistance and ductility.
Aluminum 1100 is unsuitable for high-temperature forging applications due to its low melting point and poor strength at elevated temperatures, making it better suited for cold working or low-temperature uses.
Aluminum 1100 offers excellent corrosion resistance, high ductility, good thermal conductivity, lightweight properties, and exceptional workability, making it ideal for custom forgings requiring precise shapes and resistance to harsh environments.
Aluminium 1100 Forgings are perfect for use in the electrical and chemical industries. They can be found in bus bars, conductor parts, and chemical storage tanks. They are also used in cookware, reflectors, nameplates, signage, and architectural components thanks to their great formability and appearance. In HVAC systems and heat exchangers, the high thermal conductivity of 1100 makes it an ideal choice. Its resistance to atmospheric corrosion makes it suitable for decorative applications, light-duty structural parts, and cleanroom environments that require non-magnetic and non-toxic materials.
