Aiman Metals is a well-known supplier and manufacturer of Aluminium 7075 Forgings in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Aluminium 7075, recognized for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, is one of the strongest aluminum alloys used in aerospace and structural applications. We produce our forgings using high-quality raw materials and modern forging techniques, ensuring precision, performance, and durability. Aiman Metals offers Aluminium 7075 forgings in various shapes and sizes, tailored to client specifications. Our focus on quality, reliability, and quick delivery makes us a trusted partner for high-performance aluminum solutions.
Aluminium 7075 primarily contains zinc (5.1–6.1%), magnesium (2.1–2.9%), and copper (1.2–2.0%). It has a high tensile strength of up to 572 MPa, excellent fatigue resistance, and fair corrosion resistance. Despite its strength, it remains machinable and is typically found in T6 and T73 tempers. The alloy has low ductility but high hardness, making it suitable for load-bearing applications. Its composition allows it to perform well under stress, but it is less ideal for welding or use in corrosive marine environments without protective treatment.

Yes, Aluminum 7075 can be forged into shapes with tight tolerances. Its high strength allows for precise shaping, but careful control of temperature and pressure is required for optimal results.
Aluminum 7075 offers high strength, excellent fatigue resistance, low weight, good machinability, and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for custom forgings in aerospace, military, and high-performance applications.
Aluminum 7075 is not ideal for high-temperature forging applications due to its relatively low melting point and limited thermal stability. It is better suited for aerospace and structural applications at moderate temperatures.
Aluminium 7075 Forgings are widely used in aerospace applications, including aircraft frames, wing spars, and structural components due to their high strength-to-weight ratio. They are also employed in automotive racing parts, bike frames, and military-grade components, where performance and reliability are essential. The alloy’s strength makes it suitable for tooling, jigs, and fixtures. Industries that require lightweight yet strong materials—such as defense, motorsports, and industrial robotics—prefer 7075 for precision-engineered forged parts capable of handling high mechanical loads.
