Beryllium Chromium Copper Bars and Rods mainly consist of copper (~97.5%), beryllium (~1.8–2.0%), and chromium (~0.3%), merging the strength of beryllium copper with the enhanced thermal and corrosion resistance provided by chromium. This alloy achieves a tensile strength of up to 1400 MPa (after heat treatment) and retains electrical conductivity of up to 45% IACS. It also features high hardness (~38–44 HRC), good fatigue resistance, and excellent dimensional stability under thermal cycling, making it perfect for complex, high-performance applications.
