Copper Nickel 90/10 Forgings consist of around 90% copper and 10% nickel with minor additions of iron (1–1.5%) and manganese (1–1.5%) that improve mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. These forgings have tensile strength of 310–480 MPa, yield strength of 110–280 MPa, and elongation of 30–50%, varying with the forging process. Brinell hardness is normally in the range of 90–180 HB.
