Copper Nickel Hex Bars are made of copper (Cu) and nickel (Ni), mostly combined in ratios of 70/30, 80/20, or 90/10. These alloys are also supplemented with minute quantities of iron and manganese for enhanced strength and corrosion resistance. These have tensile strength of 450–550 MPa, hardness of about 150–200 HV, and superior ductility, proving reliable performance in hard service.
