Duplex Steel Hollow Bars are high-strength, corrosion-resistant tubular materials made of 22–25% chromium, 4–7% nickel, and 2–3% molybdenum, with iron as the balance and trace nitrogen for strength improvement. This alloy, coupled with their two-phase austenitic-ferritic microstructure, offers outstanding toughness and superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking even in chloride environments. With yield strength that is almost doubled compared to other austenitic stainless steels, Duplex Hollow Bars offer a blend of mechanical strength, longevity, and good weldability.
