Duplex Steel S31803 Forgings consist of 22% chromium, 5% nickel, 3% molybdenum, and approximately 0.2% nitrogen, with iron being the remainder. The alloy has tensile strength of about 620 MPa (90 ksi) and yield strength of about 450 MPa (65 ksi), marrying strength with toughness.
