Hastelloy B2 is a nickel-molybdenum alloy with more than 60% nickel and 28–33% molybdenum, with traces of iron, cobalt, and trace amounts of chromium. This alloy is very resistant to hydrochloric acid and other potent reducing agents under extremely aggressive conditions. Hastelloy B2 Bars and Rods are mechanically resistant with a high tensile strength, good ductility, and high toughness, ensuring stability in severe situations.
