Hastelloy Forgings are mainly made up of Nickel (Ni), along with different amounts of Molybdenum (Mo), Chromium (Cr), Iron (Fe), and other elements, depending on the specific grade, such as C-22 or C-276. These alloys are known for their outstanding resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and pitting, especially in harsh chemical environments. Typically, they boast a tensile strength ranging from 690 to 850 MPa, along with high yield strength and impressive creep resistance at elevated temperatures. Hastelloy forgings maintain their structural integrity in both oxidizing and reducing conditions, making them perfect for high-stress, high-corrosion industrial applications.
