Aiman Metals, with headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is one of the most respected manufacturers and suppliers of high-grade metal products. With a reputation for quality and dependability, we supply industries globally with high-performance alloys designed for various industrial applications. One of our niche products is Haynes 625SQ, a nickel-chromium alloy that is renowned for its excellent strength, resistance to oxidation, and durability under harsh conditions. Available in the form of bars and rods, Haynes 625SQ is intended for applications where high performance is required. Our dedication to quality ensures each product satisfies the highest standards, providing long-lasting, reliable solutions for critical industrial applications.
Haynes 625SQ bars and rods are essentially made up of nickel (58–63%) and chromium (20–23%), making them extremely corrosion- and oxidation-resistant. They also include molybdenum (5–9%), iron (3.15%), niobium (about 1%), and trace amounts of titanium, aluminum, and trace elements for increased strength. Haynes 625SQ has a tensile strength of about 105 ksi (725 MPa) and a yield strength of about 45 ksi (310 MPa) at room temperature mechanically. It has excellent weldability, toughness, and formability, making it suitable for high-temperature, high-stress, and corrosive industrial conditions.
Yes, Haynes 625SQ rods can be customized in size and length according to specific requirements. Manufacturers typically offer tailored dimensions for various applications in industries requiring precise specifications.
Haynes 625SQ Rod is typically available in diameters ranging from 0.125" (3.175mm) to 3.000" (76.2mm), with custom sizes possible. Lengths usually range from 12" to 20' (3.66m).
Haynes 625SQ bars and rods offer excellent performance in high-temperature environments, with outstanding oxidation and carburization resistance, maintaining strength and integrity at elevated temperatures up to 1800°F (982°C).
Haynes 625SQ bars and rods find extensive use in applications where high strength, oxidation resistance, and weldability are crucial. Aerospace utilize them for turbine blades, seals, ducting, and exhaust systems, which maintain consistent performance under severe thermal and mechanical loads. The alloy finds utility in chemical processing, especially in reactors, heat exchangers, and gas turbines, where resistance to corrosive chemicals is paramount. In seawater environments, Haynes 625SQ is used in propellers, shafts, and fasteners because it can resist corrosion from seawater. It is versatile, stable, and strong, making it irreplaceable for industries that need regular, long-lasting performance.
