Aiman Metals, a Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-based leading manufacturer and supplier of high-grade Incoloy 800HT Forgings, was founded upon a set of principles that include a strong commitment to excellence and accuracy engineering. We produce products that satisfy the most stringent industrial specifications. Incoloy 800HT, a high-end austenitic iron–nickel–chromium alloy, possesses outstanding strength, better oxidation resistance, and excellent high-temperature stability, making it ideal for aggressive service environments. At Aiman Metals, our emphasis is on tailor-made solutions, rigorous quality assurance, and consistent delivery, providing our customers with forgings that offer unparalleled performance, resistance, and reliability for power generation, petrochemical, and heat treatment applications.
Incoloy 800HT Forgings contain Nickel (30–35%), Iron (40–50%), and Chromium (19–23%), along with controlled content of Aluminum and Titanium to provide improved strength and stability. They provide high tensile and yield strength, outstanding oxidation and carburization resistance, and enhanced creep and stress-rupture characteristics at higher temperatures. The alloy has superior weldability and structural integrity even for extended high-temperature service. With thermal fatigue resistance and robustness in extreme environments, Incoloy 800HT provides long service life, corrosion resistance, and stable performance, rendering it a best choice for high-temperature industrial applications where reliability matters.

To determine if Incoloy 800HT Forgings meet your specific needs, assess their high-temperature resistance, oxidation, and carburization properties against your application requirements. Consulting with a supplier for detailed material specifications and testing options can also ensure compatibility.
The ideal temperature range for forging Incoloy 800HT is between 2100°F (1149°C) and 2300°F (1260°C). This range ensures optimal workability, mechanical properties, and maintains the material's strength and resistance to oxidation.
Temperature control is crucial for maintaining the desired mechanical properties of forged Incoloy 800HT, as overheating or insufficient heating can lead to reduced strength and ductility. Proper temperature management ensures optimal grain structure, resistance to oxidation, and overall performance in high-temperature applications.
Incoloy 800HT Forgings are employed extensively in corrosive and high-temperature environments where stability and strength are paramount. They are frequently utilized in heat exchangers, reactor cores, and furnace components because of their high resistance to thermal fatigue, carburization, and oxidation. They provide reliable performance in combustion chambers, reformer tubes, and superheaters in gas turbines, power plants, and petrochemical plants. Heat treatment manufacturers depend on them for furnace fixtures and retorts where dependable service under severe conditions is required. They are best suited to withstand hostile environments, making them ideal for long-life, high-performance application where operational integrity and resistance to thermal degradation are a must.

We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
