Our reputation for precision engineering, quality consistency, and dependable service has earned us popularity for delivering products that excel in chemical processing, oil & gas, and marine applications. Incoloy 825 is a nickel–iron–chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium, providing excellent corrosion resistance, hardness, and strength. At Aiman Metals, all forgings are rigorously inspected to guarantee optimum performance in the most severe and demanding service conditions, making us your trustworthy forging partner.
Incoloy 825 Forgings consist mainly of Nickel (38–46%), Iron (22% min), and Chromium (19.5–23.5%), with controlled additions of Molybdenum, Copper, and Titanium. This alloy possesses remarkable resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, as well as stress-corrosion cracking even in marine and acidic environments. Mechanically, it possesses high tensile strength, excellent toughness, and superior creep resistance at elevated temperatures. Incoloy 825 maintains its structural integrity under extended exposure to corrosive and oxidizing conditions and is thus suitable for long-term operation in chemical processing, marine applications, and oil & gas production where reliability is essential.
