Incoloy 925 Rods and Bars consist mainly of Nickel (40–50%), Iron (30–40%), and Chromium (19–23%) with the addition of Molybdenum (3–4%), Titanium (1.5–2.5%), and Aluminum (1–2%). The combination gives excellent corrosion resistance, particularly towards seawater, sulfuric acid, and chloride stress corrosion cracking. The alloy is high in tensile strength, possess good weldability, and has a high resistance against compression, oxidation, creep, and fatigue. Engineered for high-temperature application, Incoloy 925 retains structural integrity at severe mechanical and thermal stresses and is suited for long-term performance under harsh operating conditions.
