Incoloy bars and rods are solid metal products with high performance made from nickel-iron-chromium alloys with the capability to perform in corrosive and high-temperature environments. Offered in several grades like Incoloy 800, 825, and 925, these bars provide strong oxidation, stress-corrosion crack resistance, and wide acid resistance. Their thermal and mechanical stability along with strength renders them critical in chemical processing, marine, and power generation operations. These bars are precision-tolerance hot-rolled or cold-drawn to suit machining, welding, and structural uses for challenging industries.
The composition of Incoloy bars involves nickel (30–46%), chromium (19–23%), and iron as the base, and optional additions of molybdenum, titanium, and copper based on the grade. They have tensile strength levels ranging from 550–800 MPa and yield strength ranging from 200–600 MPa. They offer high resistance to oxidation, pitting, and chloride-stress corrosion. They maintain mechanical integrity at high temperatures to as high as 1000°C. Incoloy bars are non-magnetic, easily formable, and weldable and are ideal for structural and pressure-bearing parts in aggressive environments.

Yes, Incoloy bars can be customized in size and length to meet specific requirements. Manufacturers offer tailored solutions for diverse industrial applications.
Yes, Incoloy Alloy Bars are highly corrosion-resistant, particularly in harsh environments like chemical processing and marine industries. Their superior resistance to oxidation and stress corrosion cracking makes them ideal for demanding applications.
Incoloy rods excel in high-temperature environments due to their exceptional resistance to oxidation, scaling, and corrosion. Their high strength and thermal stability ensure reliable performance in extreme conditions.
Incoloy rods and bars are common in pressure vessel, heat exchanger, marine shaft, pump parts, and oil & gas equipment. They also resist acids such as nitric and sulfuric acids, making them suitable for chemical processing facilities. They can also be found in flue gas scrubbers, pollution control devices, and power generation equipment such as superheater tubes and boilers. Incoloy’s superior creep resistance enables its application in the components of high-temperature furnaces and industrial heater parts. The bars are also used in nuclear applications, sea water desalination plants, and structures that are offshore and exposed to saline or corrosive atmospheres.
