Aiman Metals provides high-quality Inconel 792 Bars and Rods in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This nickel-chromium superalloy is particularly designed for high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and toughness applications. Inconel 792 is generally utilized in forged or cast condition as turbine and engine parts. Aiman Metals offers Inconel 792 bars and rods in a variety of sizes and specifications with strict dimensional control and international standards conformity. The long-term mechanical stability of the material under heat and stress is a good reason for its suitability in power generation, aerospace, and other industries.
Nickel (~60%), chromium (~12%), aluminum (3–5%), titanium (~4%), molybdenum (~2%), cobalt (~10%), and trace elements are included in Inconel 792. The alloy is characterized by high tensile strength (~1100–1350 MPa), with a hardness of 375–450 HB. It has good resistance to oxidation and hot corrosion in high–sulfur-containing environments. Inconel 792 is precipitation-hardened to retain strength at temperatures above 1000°C for long thermal service. It maintains stability and strength under alternating and extreme thermal conditions.

Yes, Inconel 792 bars and rods are designed for high-temperature applications, providing excellent strength, oxidation resistance, and thermal stability, making them ideal for extreme heat environments.
Yes, Inconel 792 bars and rods are recyclable. Their high nickel and chromium content allows them to be efficiently reused in various industries, reducing waste and promoting sustainability.
Inconel 792 bars and rods generally do not require additional corrosion protection coatings due to their inherent resistance to oxidation and corrosion, especially in high-temperature and harsh environments.
Inconel 792 Bars and Rods are applied in jet engines, industrial gas turbines, hot-section components, and power generation systems. The exceptional creep resistance of the alloy makes it suitable for turbine blades, vanes, and combustion liners that are subjected to steady heat stress. The alloy is also used in marine propulsion systems and heat exchangers. Inconel 792 provides mechanical integrity where oxidation, corrosion, and thermal fatigue would otherwise degrade structural materials. Its long life cycle and low maintenance requirements make it suitable for aerospace as well as heavy industrial thermal applications.
