Aiman Metals is a prominent distributor of Inconel Bars and Rods in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Inconel refers to a group of nickel-chromium-based superalloys that have been highly regarded for their exceptional performance under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. Our Inconel bars and rods are available in different grades like 600, 625, 617, 718, 738, X750, and 792 and precision-engineered to ASTM, ASME, and international standards. Aiman Metals is committed to providing secure supply options for standard sizes and custom sizes with unparalleled mechanical integrity, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance for critical industrial applications in various industries.
Inconel alloys typically consist of 50–75% nickel with chromium (14–25%), molybdenum, cobalt, titanium, and aluminum for strengthening. Mechanical properties differ by grade: tensile strength can range from 700 MPa to more than 1250 MPa with yield strengths of 350–1000 MPa. Inconel alloys possess high resistance to oxidation, corrosion, thermal fatigue, and creep. They have stability in high-temperature service conditions and can resist chloride-induced stress corrosion. Based on the application, they can be precipitation-hardened or solid-solution strengthened for improved mechanical performance.

Yes, Inconel bars are highly corrosion-resistant, especially in high-temperature environments. They are designed to withstand oxidation, carburization, and corrosion in aggressive media like acids and chlorides.
Yes, Inconel rods can withstand extremely high temperatures, often up to 1,000°F (537°C) or higher, making them suitable for extreme environments like aerospace, chemical processing, and gas turbines.
Yes, Inconel bars and rods can be customized in terms of length, diameter, and surface finish to meet specific requirements for different industrial applications. For more details mail us on sales@aimanmetals.com
Inconel Rods and Bars find applications in aerospace, power generation, petrochemical, marine, and defense industries. Applications are to turbine engines, nuclear reactor parts, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, exhaust ducts, and chemical processing equipment. Inconel‘s corrosion and heat resistance are suitable in systems that are exposed to high-temperature gases and hostile chemicals. Inconel 625 is prevalent in offshore and marine construction, whereas Inconel 718 and X750 are applied in jet engines and high-strength bolts. The alloys provide consistent performance in environments where failure cannot occur, thus they are a reliable option for engineers all over the world.
