Aiman Metals, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, has built a solid reputation as a manufacturer and supplier of top-notch Inconel forgings, catering to a variety of high-performance industries throughout the region. With a strong emphasis on strength, durability, and precision, Aiman Metals delivers forged components crafted from premium Inconel alloys, designed to meet the toughest engineering challenges. Their Inconel forgings excel in environments that face extreme temperatures, corrosion, and pressure. Supported by cutting-edge forging technology and rigorous quality control, Aiman Metals offers tailored forging solutions for critical applications in sectors like aerospace, oil & gas, marine, chemical processing, and power generation.
Inconel forgings are crafted from nickel-based alloys, including Inconel 600, 625, and 718. These alloys generally consist of 50–72% nickel, 14–23% chromium, along with varying amounts of molybdenum, niobium, iron, cobalt, titanium, and aluminum. The mechanical properties of these forgings feature impressive tensile strength (up to 1,300 MPa), excellent fatigue resistance, and remarkable creep and oxidation resistance at high temperatures. Inconel forgings maintain their structural integrity even in temperatures surpassing 700°C. Their corrosion resistance, paired with exceptional strength, makes them ideal for applications that endure extreme mechanical and thermal stress.

Inconel forgings find their place in critical applications where high strength, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance are paramount. In the aerospace sector, they are utilized for turbine components, engine parts, exhaust systems, and structural fasteners. In the oil and gas industry, they play a vital role in downhole tools, high-pressure valves, and subsea equipment. Power generation facilities rely on Inconel forgings for boilers, turbines, and heat exchangers, thanks to their performance during thermal cycling. In chemical processing and marine environments, these forgings provide outstanding durability and reliability.
