Aiman Metals, with its headquarters located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is a reliable manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Inconel Rectangular Bars. Renowned for our dedication to precision, strength, and performance, we provide products in different sizes, shapes, and specifications to cater to a wide range of industry needs. These bars, produced from top-grade Inconel alloy and state-of-the-art production methods, exhibit superior strength, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance. Engineered to excel in the most extreme environments, Inconel Rectangular Bars are extensively utilized in aerospace, marine, chemical processing, and power generation applications. Our commitment to international quality levels and customer satisfaction guarantees consistent solutions for mission-critical applications globally.
Inconel Rectangular Bars consist mainly of nickel (58% min), chromium (20–23%), iron (balance), and molybdenum (8–10%), and contain limited contents of carbon, manganese, silicon, and sulfur. This special composition has high resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and degradation at high temperatures. They have high yield and tensile strength, outstanding toughness, and creep strength with no decline in performance even at high temperatures of up to 1370–1400°C. These bars provide thermal stability with repeated cycles of heating, stress corrosion cracking resistance, and high machinability and weldability, which make them suitable for precision components in hostile environments where strength and corrosion resistance are equally essential.
