Aiman Metals, located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is a reputable supplier, exporter, and manufacturer of high-quality Inconel Round Bars. Our wide variety of round bars serves all types of industrial applications with different shapes, sizes, dimensions, and specifications. Renowned for their good resistance to corrosion, high-temperature strength, and durability, these bars suit aerospace, chemical process, and power generation sectors. Produced from high-quality material and cutting-edge processes, Inconel Round Bars ensure consistent performance even in hostile environments. Aiman Metals strives to supply top-of-the-line products that satisfy high-level international standards while maintaining operational efficiency and durability in challenging applications.
Inconel Round Bars are nickel-based alloys with the majority consisting of 72% Nickel, 14–17% Chromium, 2–3% Molybdenum, with small traces of Titanium, Iron, and other constituents. They have outstanding resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and heat, which makes them ideal for harsh conditions. Mechanical characteristics involve a tensile strength of up to 1030 MPa and improved creep and thermal fatigue resistance. The bars are dimensionally stable and have sound mechanical integrity under high-stress and high-temperature conditions with good weldability and formability and hence are well suited for aerospace, chemical, and power generation industries.

Yes, Invar 36 bar and rod can be welded, but it requires special care due to its low expansion properties. Proper welding techniques, such as TIG or MIG, are recommended.
Yes, specific welding consumables for Invar 36 bar and rod include Invar 36 electrodes, TIG rods, and MIG wires. These materials ensure proper fusion and minimize thermal expansion issues during welding.
Invar 36 rod, primarily composed of iron and nickel, is not highly susceptible to galvanic corrosion. However, when exposed to more noble metals in corrosive environments, it can experience some galvanic effects.
A low-expansion alloy containing iron and nickel, invar 36 bar and rod has substantial applications in minimum thermal expansion. It is often used in the form of a bar and rod in precision instruments such as measuring tapes, gauges, and laser equipment for maintaining stability in all temperatures. It is further an application in various components of aircraft, including satellite structures and instruments, where dimensional stability is needed. In addition, Invar 36 is used in the production of precision molds, cryogenic tanks, and for precise parts in the electronics industry, where it finds use due to its resistance to deformation under thermal stress.
