Jethete M152 Bars consist mainly of chromium, nickel, and molybdenum with minor additions of vanadium, carbon, manganese, and silicon. This controlled alloying is satisfactory in terms of hardenability and heat resistance. Upon heat treatment, these bars generally have a tensile strength of 1000 to 1250 MPa and a yield strength of 850 to 1050 MPa. They are in the hardness range of 30 to 36 HRC. Jethete M152 possesses mechanical stability and creep resistance up to 550°C, with exceptional performance under cyclic thermal stress and sustained mechanical loading, making it suitable for high-reliability use.
