Aiman Metals, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is a reliable international producer of high-quality metal products for various industries. Monel Round Bars are one of our specialty products that are designed using high-performance nickel-copper alloys known for outstanding strength, corrosion resistance, and durability. Built to withstand tough operating conditions, the bars are offered in various sizes and grades to suit particular application requirements. Suitable for aerospace, marine, chemical processing, and oil & gas industries, our Monel Round Bars follow rigorous quality control, offering unparalleled performance and durability for demanding industrial applications around the globe.
Our Monel Round Bars are made from a sophisticated nickel-copper alloy with a composition of around 63% nickel, 28–34% copper, and trace content of iron, manganese, carbon, and silicon. This composition provides superior resistance to sea water, acids, and alkalis, as well as superb mechanical strength and toughness. Monel’s structural integrity is maintained at high temperatures and corrosive conditions, and therefore, it is the first choice for applications under high stress. It has good machinability, weldability, and fatigue resistance, guaranteeing long-term serviceability. All these characteristics make Monel Round Bars ideal for parts where both mechanical performance and environmental resistance are of equal importance.

Monel Round Bars are widely used in marine, chemical processing, and aerospace industries for components that require excellent corrosion resistance and high strength in extreme environments.
Yes, Monel Round Bars can be heat treated to improve their mechanical properties, such as strength and hardness, making them suitable for high-performance applications.
Monel Round Bars have extensive applications in industries that require ultimate corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. In the marine sector, they are suitable for propeller shafts, seawater piping, and pump parts because they are resistant to saltwater corrosion. In chemical processing, they are applied to valves, reactors, and heat exchangers subjected to aggressive acids and alkalis. They find application in engine parts and high-strength fasteners in the aerospace industry, and in offshore platforms, drilling tools, and high-pressure applications in the oil & gas industry. That they can endure corrosive substances, pressures, and temperatures makes them perform relentlessly in environments that demand much from equipment.

We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
