Nickel Alloy Rectangular Bars are designed for highly demanding industrial applications that demand outstanding strength, corrosion resistance, and thermal stability. Made in different grades like Inconel, Monel, and Hastelloy, the bars are versatile in shape and performance. Their rectangular shape lends itself to easy machining and integration into assemblies and fabrication work. They are made with close dimensional tolerances and smooth finishes, which make them best suited for custom-engineered components. These bars find wide applications in industries such as aerospace, marine, power generation, and petrochemical where reliability in harsh operating conditions is critical.
Nickel Alloy Rectangular Bars generally contain 60–70% nickel, with the addition of elements such as chromium, molybdenum, iron, and copper depending on the grade. These additions increase resistance to oxidation, scaling, and chemical corrosion. Mechanical properties are also different for each alloy but tend to encompass tensile strengths of 600–1000 MPa and sound ductility. Nickel alloys demonstrate strength at high temperatures and have impressive fatigue life. They also resist stress corrosion crack and structural stability in a broad range of temperatures, which makes them compatible for both cryogenic and high-temperature environments.
