Aiman Metals provides high–quality Nimonic 75 Rods and Bars in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Nimonic 75 is a nickel-chromium alloy with outstanding heat resistance, oxidation resistance, and moderate high-temperature strength. It is extensively utilized in static load applications at higher temperatures including sheet metal fabrications for aerospace, gas turbines, and parts used in industrial furnaces. Aiman Metals maintains uniform quality and accurate machining of Nimonic 75 bars and rods used in high-temperature and corrosive environments. We provide customized sizing and specifications to fit varied industrial and aerospace needs.
Nimonic 75 contains about 80% nickel and 20% chromium, together with traces of titanium and carbon. It has good tensile strength, commonly to 850 MPa, and maintains structure integrity up to 1000°C. The alloy possesses superior resistance to oxidation, carburization, and scaling and is thus appropriate for continuous use in high-temperature conditions. It also provides fair creep resistance, as well as good weldability, and can be easily formed for intricate engineering applications.
