Nimonic C263 Bars and Rods consist of nearly 50% nickel, 20–23% chromium, 10–14% cobalt, and 1–3% molybdenum, with trace amounts of titanium, aluminum, and iron for added performance. This alloy provides excellent mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of about 1,250 MPa, yield strength of 850 MPa, and elongation of 20% at room temperature. It remains strong and resists thermal fatigue, creep, and oxidation even at very high temperatures near 900–1,000°C. Such properties render Nimonic C263 the best fit for critical aerospace structures, high-performance gas turbines, and other demanding high-temperature engineering applications.
