RENE 41 is a Ni-based superalloy consisting of Nickel (Ni): 47–50%, Cobalt (Co): 10.5–12.5%, Chromium (Cr): 18–20%, Molybdenum (Mo): 9–10%, Iron (Fe): Balance, Aluminum (Al): 1.4–1.8%, Titanium (Ti): 3.0–3.3%, Carbon (C): 0.06–0.12%, and Boron (B): 0.003–0.010%. It provides a tensile strength of 1,400 MPa, yield strength of 1,030 MPa, and elongation of 12–20%. The alloy exhibits outstanding mechanical stability, creep resistance, and oxidation resistance up to 980°C temperature levels, which makes it perfectly suited for hostile high-stress, high-temperature operating conditions.
