Aiman Metals stands out as a premier manufacturer and supplier of high-performance stainless steel products, proudly based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. With a focus on materials that resist heat and corrosion, they provide top-notch Stainless Steel 310S Forgings, designed to excel in the toughest industrial settings. Thanks to their cutting-edge forging techniques and commitment to international quality standards, Aiman Metals delivers precision components for various sectors, including petrochemical, power generation, heat treatment, and marine engineering. Renowned for their reliability and durability, they are dedicated to offering stainless steel forging solutions that guarantee strength, longevity, and peak performance in critical applications.
Stainless Steel 310S Forgings are made up of about 25% chromium, 20% nickel, and a maximum of 0.08% carbon, which gives them outstanding resistance to oxidation and high-temperature corrosion. This austenitic alloy remains stable and tough even at elevated temperatures, reaching up to 1100°C. Typical mechanical properties include a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of 40%. The low carbon content improves weldability, while the well-balanced alloy composition ensures durability, making it perfect for components that face intense heat, pressure, and corrosive conditions.
