Produced to the highest standards of the industry, our 316Ti products are a blend of high-precision engineering with remarkable durability. We offer a variety of sizes, finishes, and specifications to suit different project needs. From Aiman Metals, quality, reliability, and performance are guaranteed in stainless steel solutions that provide long-term operating value.
Stainless Steel 316Ti Bars and Rods are a sophisticated type of 316 stainless steel with a small addition of titanium to inhibit carbide precipitation during extended exposure to high temperature. 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, and 2–3% molybdenum are present in the alloy, which has superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and oxidation. The mechanical properties are tensile strength of around 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 40%. The special composition gives 316Ti superior toughness, ductility, and structural stability for applications involving severe chemicals and very high heat.
