Aiman Metals, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is a reliable manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Stainless Steel 316Ti Forgings. Acclaimed for their high strength, superior corrosion resistance, and exceptional durability, our 316Ti forgings are designed to function under adverse conditions. The titanium-stabilized stainless steel provides improved resistance against high-temperature oxidation and intergranular corrosion to provide longevity under tough conditions. Coming in a wide variety of sizes, shapes, and customized specifications, our product serves various industrial purposes. Through rigorous quality checks and adherence to excellence, Aiman Metals provides consistent performance for critical use in marine, chemical, petrochemical, and power generation industries.
Stainless Steel 316Ti Forgings are produced from a titanium-stabilized form of 316 stainless steel with around 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and up to 0.5% titanium. This alloy improves resistance against intergranular corrosion and enhances high-temperature oxidation characteristics. Titanium blocks carbide precipitation, so the alloy is appropriate for long-term applications in high temperatures. Mechanically, 316Ti features high tensile strength, good toughness, and better durability under thermal loading. Its set of corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and mechanical strength qualifies it for severe industrial applications where both strength and lifespan are of top importance.

Stainless Steel 316Ti Forgings find wide application in industries demanding high corrosion resistance, oxidation stability, and strength at higher temperatures. In the marine industry, they endure saltwater conditions, whereas in chemical and petrochemical industries, they resist harsh chemicals and acids. Power generation facilities use them in heat exchangers, boilers, and turbines for their resistance to high temperatures. Aerospace and food processing industries depend upon their strength and non-reactive surface. They are also found in pressure vessels, reactors, and piping systems in extreme operating conditions. In all industries, 316Ti forgings provide consistent performance in environments where failure of the material is not acceptable.

We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
