Stainless Steel 321H Round Bars and Rods are a type of titanium-stabilized austenitic steel that excels in high-temperature applications. Their typical composition features 17–19% Chromium, 9–12% Nickel, up to 0.70% Titanium, and a higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) compared to SS 321. These bars boast a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of 40% over 50 mm. The increased carbon content enhances creep resistance and mechanical stability at elevated temperatures, making 321H an excellent choice for applications that involve thermal cycling and continuous heat exposure.
