Stainless Steel 904L Hex Bars are made up of about 19–23% chromium, 23–28% nickel, 4–5% molybdenum, and 1–2% copper, with a low carbon content of less than 0.02%, and the rest being iron. This alloy boasts a tensile strength ranging from 490–710 MPa, a yield strength of 220 MPa, and an elongation of around 35%, with a hardness between 70–90 HRB. It excels in resisting sulphuric and phosphoric acids, seawater, and chloride attacks. The blend of high toughness, non-magnetic properties, and superior corrosion resistance guarantees dependable performance in situations where other stainless steels might fail.
