Super Duplex Steel Flat Bars are made up of chromium (24–26%), nickel (6–8%), molybdenum (3–5%), along with nitrogen, manganese, and iron. This unique blend creates a balanced austenitic-ferritic microstructure, delivering outstanding strength and corrosion resistance. The mechanical properties feature a high tensile strength of around 750 MPa, yield strength near 550 MPa, and an elongation of about 25%. These flat bars maintain excellent toughness even in low temperatures and show remarkable resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking—making them perfect for extremely corrosive environments.
