Super Duplex Steel Hollow Bars are made up of 24–26% chromium, 6–8% nickel, 3–5% molybdenum, along with some nitrogen and manganese, creating a well-balanced austenitic-ferritic microstructure. This unique composition boosts both corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The material boasts a high tensile strength of around 750 MPa, a yield strength of about 550 MPa, and an elongation of roughly 25%. These characteristics guarantee outstanding performance under high stress and in corrosive settings. Super Duplex Hollow Bars also show remarkable resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking, even at elevated temperatures.
