Aiman Metals, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, stands out as a top manufacturer and supplier of premium Titanium Grade 11 forgings. We focus on crafting corrosion-resistant and durable titanium components that are perfect for tough industrial applications. Titanium Grade 11, which features a small amount of palladium, is particularly known for its impressive corrosion resistance, making it ideal for challenging environments like chemical processing and marine industries. With cutting-edge forging technology and rigorous quality control, Aiman Metals guarantees reliable performance, adherence to international standards, and timely delivery. Our dedication to excellence has made us a trusted partner for all Titanium Grade 11 forging needs, both in Malaysia and beyond.
Titanium Grade 11 is a pure titanium that resembles Grade 1 but includes 0.12–0.25% palladium, which boosts its corrosion resistance. It generally consists of 99.5% titanium and shares similar mechanical properties with Grade 1, boasting a tensile strength of around 240–360 MPa along with excellent ductility and impact toughness. The addition of palladium provides outstanding resistance to reducing acids and chloride environments. Moreover, Titanium Grade 11 is known for its great weldability and formability, making it a go-to choice for components that need to endure harsh chemical or saltwater conditions.

Titanium Grade 11 forgings find extensive use in settings where corrosion resistance is paramount, particularly in industries that deal with reducing acids or chloride-laden solutions. They are commonly utilized in chemical processing for equipment such as heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and piping systems. In the marine sector, these forgings are essential for components that come into contact with seawater, including shafts and fasteners. Power generation facilities also rely on Grade 11 for condenser tubes and cooling systems. Additionally, its non-toxic and biocompatible nature makes it an excellent choice for medical equipment and devices.
