Titanium Grade 7 (Ti-0.2Pd) is a corrosion-resistant alloy made up of titanium with about 0.12–0.25% palladium. Its mechanical properties are quite similar to those of Grade 2 titanium, boasting a tensile strength of around 344 MPa and a yield strength of 275 MPa, along with excellent ductility and weldability. The inclusion of palladium significantly boosts its resistance to crevice and reducing acid corrosion, especially in chloride and acidic settings.
