Titanium Grade 10, or Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni, is a corrosion-resistant titanium alloy that includes about 0.3% molybdenum and 0.8% nickel. This alloy is designed specifically to enhance resistance to crevice and pitting corrosion, particularly in environments rich in chlorides and chemicals. It maintains good ductility and moderate strength, typically boasting a tensile strength of around 380–450 MPa. With a density of 4.51 g/cm³ and a melting point close to 1,668°C, Grade 10 is also known for its excellent weldability, making it perfect for applications that require corrosion resistance without compromising formability.
